Member of Legal Operations - Remote at Anchorage Digital

About the Role

We are seeking a Member of Legal Operations to join our team at Anchorage Digital. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our corporate insurance program and optimize core legal strategic initiatives. You will be a central professional resource for our insurance renewals and a key contributor to our corporate governance and entity management.

What You'll Do

• Manage the annual insurance renewal calendar, ensuring all data requests are sourced from internal departments and delivered to brokers with precision.
• Translate complex insurance policy terms into clear, actionable information for internal stakeholders to ensure they understand relevant coverages and limitations.
• Assist with corporate governance workflows, including maintaining the entity database and supporting global filings to ensure all entities remain in good standing.
• Identify, suggest, and help implement process improvements to optimize insurance data collection and renewal workflows.
• Collaborate with the legal team and company stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with deadlines.

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency with Google Workspace and database management or eagerness to learn.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, navigating sensitive information with decorum, precision, and investment in the work.
• Experience with Diligent and Ironclad for contract lifecycle management is a plus.
• Prior exposure or interest in FinTech, financial services, or cryptocurrency.
