What You'll Do

• Support strategic consulting and operational support for companies facing complex change situations, including merger integrations and restructurings.

• Conduct research and analysis on current trends to inform project strategies.
• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing formats to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in business, communications, or a related field with strong academic performance.
• Previous internships or experience in consulting, change management, or HR is a plus.
• Analytical and conceptual strength with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
