About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Sales Representative to join Haleon, a purpose-driven consumer health company. In this Medical Sales Representative remote role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our trusted portfolio of health brands, including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, and Advil®. What You'll Do
- Promote Haleon's product portfolio and services to healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with health regulations and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare organizations to drive sales growth.
- Plan and execute action plans for your territory, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
- Manage budgets effectively while participating in professional events and public relations activities.
- Conduct field visits to dental surgeons and pharmacies, preparing for each meeting with clear objectives and follow-up actions.
- Utilize provided IT tools for daily reporting and communication, ensuring timely updates on market intelligence and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with local leaders to optimize your schedule and maximize client engagement.
- Prepare monthly activity reports to track progress against goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical sales or a related field, ideally with a focus on healthcare products.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in planning and executing sales strategies effectively.
- Proficient in using IT tools for reporting and communication.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
