About the Role

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex systems in a fulfillment and distribution center while adhering to safety standards. What You'll Do

• Participate in a 12-week training program at designated colleges to enhance your skills in mechatronics and robotics.
• Learn to install and maintain electronic and mechanical systems effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety policies while performing preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Work with technical documentation and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal system performance.
• Communicate effectively in a team environment to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Engage in on-the-job learning for a year to solidify your practical skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project to manage tasks efficiently.
• Work flexible schedules to accommodate training and operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test to assess your skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for safety.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a technical or mechanical field is a plus.
• Familiarity with robotics and automation systems.
• Interest in pursuing a career in mechatronics or related fields.
