• Own a full-time project that impacts our business and enhances the aging experience for our clients.
• Work cross-functionally to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Present your findings and results to senior leadership at the conclusion of your internship.
• Collaborate with various teams to align on priorities and tackle business challenges.
• Analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate your findings clearly to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a full-time MBA program with expected graduation in 2027.
• 4–7 years of prior professional experience in consulting, finance, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or scaling organizations is a plus.
• Exposure to financial modeling or operational process improvement is optional.
