Marketing Traffic Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Traffic Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will oversee the workflow of marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders. As a Marketing Traffic Specialist remote, you will utilize project management software to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and track marketing projects through project management software to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Assign roles and responsibilities for various marketing tasks and maintain vendor relations.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including writing newsletters and assisting with event planning.
• Manage procurement of branded items and process financial paperwork.
• Participate in college committees and contribute to college marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a related discipline required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Less than two years of relevant occupational experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project management software, preferably Smartsheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Certification(s) in project management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in customer service and interpersonal skills.
