As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our digital performance and ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and track digital marketing initiatives across multiple teams.
• Own project timelines and manage task assignments effectively.
• Identify and escalate potential risks before they become issues.
• Create and maintain organized documentation and workflows to streamline processes.
• Support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare for and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with ease.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Collaborative and diplomatic approach to teamwork.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
• Experience with project management tools is essential.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels is preferred.
