What You'll Do

• Lead the marketing strategy for global expansion, focusing on product positioning and messaging.
• Build an AI-driven demand generation engine to enhance our outreach and engagement.
• Align with Sales and Product teams to optimize performance and drive revenue through modern Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
• Manage a distributed marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the marketing budget and performance metrics, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Strengthen our brand voice in the AI-powered SaaS space, making Jimdo a recognized leader.

Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing experience in the SaaS industry.
• 4+ years in a senior marketing leadership role, demonstrating a strong track record.
• Proven experience in demand generation and product marketing.
• Understanding of PLG models and SaaS metrics.
• Experience with AI integration in marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills, particularly in managing remote teams.
• Strategic mindset for balancing vision and execution.
