As a Marketing Manager, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while aligning with Australian business hours.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns, focusing on lead generation and conversion rates.
• Manage Google Business Profiles, ensuring visibility and engagement through posts and updates.
• Implement and manage Meta retargeting campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
• Drive SEO and AEO strategies beyond content publishing, ensuring high performance across platforms.
• Optimize conversion rates across WordPress websites and manage e-commerce initiatives on Shopify.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and upselling opportunities.
• Utilize Go High Level for funnel management and follow-up optimization.
• Lead social media management efforts, ensuring alignment with paid campaigns for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Digital Marketer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and Go High Level.
• Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Solid working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and Framer.
• Practical experience with SEO and AEO strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to accountability.
• Interest in AI-driven marketing strategies and a willingness to learn.
