Assistant Store Leader - Visual Merchandising (Retail)

About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Leader - Visual Merchandising to join our dynamic team at SKIMS. This role is pivotal in delivering an elevated retail experience while driving operational excellence and commercial performance. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will work closely with the Store Leader to execute retail strategies that align with our brand's vision. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual merchandising and has a strong leadership presence. You will play a key role in ensuring that our flagship store on Regent Street reflects the SKIMS brand while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution in partnership with the Store Leader.
• Ensure product displays are elevated, cohesive, and aligned with SKIMS brand standards.
• Utilize reporting and product insights to drive merchandising decisions and improve sell-through.
• Maintain a visually shoppable floor through strong zoning, replenishment, and size integrity.
• React quickly to trends and business needs, adjusting merchandising to support performance.
• Train and coach team members on visual standards, styling, and campaign launches.
• Provide real-time visual feedback and styling guidance to support team development.
• Partner with HQ Visual Merchandising and Allocation teams to share product insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in retail leadership with a strong focus on visual merchandising or styling.
• Proven ability to drive sales through merchandising and visual presentation.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and understanding of product storytelling.
• Ability to analyze business trends and adjust product placement accordingly.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities that motivate teams to achieve results.
• Confident communicator who can provide clear expectations and feedback.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and ability to embody our service approach.
• Ability to stand, move throughout the store, and lift up to 40 pounds.
