Marketing Designer - Remote for Web3 Startup

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team at Jumper, a user-facing app powered by LI.FI, that helps users manage capital across networks. As a Marketing Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through social media, campaigns, and product storytelling. This position is ideal for a designer with a strong visual taste and a solid understanding of crypto culture.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality, visually compelling marketing assets, including carousels, banners, promos, and motion graphics for platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Discord.
• Translate ideas and briefs into engaging visual content that aligns with our brand language.
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across various channels.
• Utilize tools like Figma to design marketing visuals, motions, and animations.
• Experiment with AI tools (Midjourney, Flora AI, etc.) to enhance creative output and speed.
• Collaborate with marketing, community, and product teams in an async, remote environment to ensure alignment and creative quality.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of Jumper’s visual identity in the Web3 space.
• Participate in campaign concepts and visual direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design.
• Previous experience in the crypto industry is a must.
• Strong visual taste and fundamentals: composition, color, typography, visual hierarchy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with animation or motion tools is a plus.
• Experience creating digital/social media assets.
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable working with brand libraries and design systems.
• Experience using AI tools in your workflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI image workflows (style, upscaling, variations).
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
