Manual QA Tester - Full Remote Position
About the Role
We are looking for a Manual QA Tester remote to join our team at Tron Group Holding. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing practices. As a Manual QA Tester remote, you will analyze functional and technical requirements, create and execute test cases, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software.
What You'll Do
- Analyze functional and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans.
- Develop, update, and execute test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, track, and manage bugs using bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to validate software functionality.
- Document test results and prepare detailed reports on testing activities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in manual testing.
- Good knowledge of Software Testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
