About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst - POS/Retail remote to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced technical support for Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and retail technology across various locations, ensuring operational excellence and security compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced technical support for all POS and retail systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Manage incidents and service requests while deploying system updates and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Ensure the stability and security of POS, fuel, and network systems in alignment with company objectives.
  • Utilize remote support tools to assist users effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct log analysis and system health monitoring to preemptively address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and support processes.
  • Document and track all technical support activities using ServiceNow ticketing and ITSM processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in retail systems and POS support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience supporting POS systems or retail technology.
  • Proven experience providing remote technical support with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of exposure to PCI, PII, and data security standards.
  • Experience with POS peripherals, fuel systems, and store infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking troubleshooting.
  • Experience with remote support tools such as Bomgar and BigFix deployments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
