About the Role

We are seeking a Manual QA Tester - Adobe AEM, CJA, AJO (Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related tools to ensure high-quality delivery in an agile environment. As a Manual QA Tester, you will validate end-to-end customer journeys and data flows across Adobe tools, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

What You'll Do

  • Design, plan, and execute detailed test cases and scripts for AEM, CJA, and AJO workflows.
  • Validate end-to-end customer journeys across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and web.
  • Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing for journey configurations and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and business teams in Agile/Scrum setups to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Manage and track test cases using tools like qTest or similar.
  • Conduct manual API testing using Postman and validate backend data in MongoDB.
  • Work on AEM author to create and test pages/forms, verify submissions, and ensure content paths are functioning correctly.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on QA experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Practical experience testing or validating Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Good understanding of test principles, test plans, regression, sanity, and smoke testing.
  • Experience testing APIs, microservices, and working with datasets or schemas.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain QA processes and test logic clearly.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts.
  • Basic understanding of journey triggering or workflow validation within Adobe tools.
