About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Technician to join our team at Gamma Communications. This Customer Support Technician remote role offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment, where you will be based in our Glasgow office while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work. You will be part of a dynamic team that is transforming the way businesses communicate and connect.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our largest clients, focusing on fault management and general inquiries.
  • Utilize strong technical and diagnostic skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Engage with various in-house business-led communications products, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills and familiarity with customer service handling and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills with an outgoing and welcoming personality.
  • Logical problem-solving abilities and a good technical understanding of Voice and Data technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in technical customer support is a plus but not essential.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) products.
  • Knowledge of fault management systems.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
