Manager, Payroll Operations - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Payroll Operations to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in managing our payroll operations across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance and efficiency in payroll processing. As a Manager, Payroll Operations remote position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global payroll strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Payroll team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Own the complete payroll function, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll-related matters.
• Stay updated on international payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators, and service level agreements for the Payroll team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in regional and global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices and experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Proficient in software tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
