Manager, External Events - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager for External Events to join our dynamic team. This remote Manager, External Events position plays a crucial role in planning and executing immersive experiences that captivate attendees. As a key member of the Events team, you will lead all major events, ensuring that each gathering reflects Anduril's commitment to innovation and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, oversee, and facilitate all logistical aspects for external events, including marketing, media, and customer-facing gatherings.
• Coordinate internal company events, such as employee engagement activities and holiday parties, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
• Maintain accurate budgets and vendor quotes while collaborating with various departments to ensure successful event execution.
• Travel to event locations for load-in, day-of coordination, and load-out, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
• Utilize Anduril branding effectively across all event materials, including menus, invitations, and signage.
• Develop and improve streamlined event processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Act as a resource for Anduril employees regarding events and hosting visitors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event planning or related fields.
• Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to visualize event flow and guest experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and communication platforms like Slack.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI, computer vision, and advanced technology integration in events.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms such as Zoom.
