What You'll Do
- Participate in a structured Management Trainee program focused on personal and professional development.
- Engage in various tasks across customer service, sales, business management, and finance.
- Take on responsibilities from day one, contributing to the operational daily business of your branch.
- Provide exceptional service to our customers while learning effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain current business relationships.
- Learn sales techniques and problem-solving strategies to conduct customer-oriented sales conversations.
- Manage fleet planning and cost control while analyzing your branch's profit and loss statements.
- Motivate, develop, and support your team members as you grow into a successful manager.
Requirements
- A completed university degree in any field, with a strong desire for a management career.
- Motivated candidates who show initiative and are ready to take on responsibility.
- Open to career changers with completed training in hospitality, tourism, service, or sales.
- A valid work permit in Germany.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- A valid German driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
- No more than three points on your driving record (FAER) and no violations in the last five years related to alcohol or drug offenses.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
