What You'll Do

• Participate in a structured Management Trainee program focused on personal and professional development.
• Engage in various tasks across customer service, sales, business management, and finance.
• Take on responsibilities from day one, contributing to the operational daily business of your branch.
• Provide exceptional service to our customers while learning effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain current business relationships.
• Learn sales techniques and problem-solving strategies to conduct customer-oriented sales conversations.
• Manage fleet planning and cost control while analyzing your branch's profit and loss statements.
• Motivate, develop, and support your team members as you grow into a successful manager.

Requirements

• A completed university degree in any field, with a strong desire for a management career.
• Motivated candidates who show initiative and are ready to take on responsibility.
• Open to career changers with completed training in hospitality, tourism, service, or sales.
• A valid work permit in Germany.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• A valid German driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
• No more than three points on your driving record (FAER) and no violations in the last five years related to alcohol or drug offenses.
