What You'll Do

• Develop and implement machine learning models to provide farmers with actionable insights.
• Conduct extensive research and literature reviews to stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and agriculture.
• Design and optimize datasets for training and validation of models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design to deliver impactful solutions.
• Own the end-to-end development of machine learning pipelines, from conception to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on machine learning.
• Experience in developing predictive systems and machine learning models, preferably in a real-world context.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced machine learning architectures such as Transformers.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and challenges faced by farmers.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
