What You'll Do

• Plan and optimize daily delivery and collection routes for heavy equipment, ensuring maximum fleet utilization and minimal empty kilometers.
• Monitor drivers in real-time and adjust routes as necessary to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
• Coordinate between the sales team (delivery promises) and the workshop (equipment availability) to maintain balance.
• Manage operational costs and consumption effectively to enhance profitability.
• Utilize fleet management tools and Excel to track and analyze route efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in traffic management or route planning, preferably with heavy equipment.
• In-depth geographical knowledge of the national road network.
• Quick decision-making skills and mental agility under pressure.
• Proficiency in fleet management tools and Excel.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various teams effectively.
