About the Role

Join Binance as an LLM Model Training & Data Processing intern in this exciting remote opportunity. As an integral part of the Binance Accelerator Program, you will gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies. This role is designed for current university students and recent graduates eager to kickstart their careers in the blockchain ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) using public and in-house datasets.
  • Support the development and optimization of AI agents, including prompt engineering and integration with external tools.
  • Design, implement, and manage data annotation pipelines, ensuring quality control processes are in place.
  • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to enhance model performance and scalability.
  • Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and document methodologies and findings clearly.
  • Explore and test new tools and frameworks to improve LLM systems and AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with transformer models and LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Qwen) is a strong plus.
  • Experience or interest in prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • PhD in a related field.
  • Experience with fine-tuning methods (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA).
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
