About the Role
We are excited to announce an opening for a Lifecycle Strategy Manager remote position at Superbet. As we expand into new markets and enhance our technologies, we are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to join our Customer Value Management team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of deepening customer engagement and driving lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Data, and Commercial teams to drive retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies.
- Analyze customer data and qualitative insights to uncover growth opportunities.
- Understand and improve key customer journeys.
- Develop data-driven business cases to support initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Conduct A/B testing to measure and optimize the impact of CVM campaigns on key performance metrics.
- Track and report on KPIs to measure the impact of lifecycle initiatives across markets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a digital B2C environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with relational databases.
- Experience using analytics or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel) to build dashboards and reports.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle within a digital environment.
