Level 2 UI/UX Designer - Remote Position at ThriveCart
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Level 2 UI/UX Designer to join ThriveCart in a remote capacity. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences across our platform, which is utilized by over 50,000 users globally. This remote UI/UX Designer position will allow you to work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs that are ready for implementation.
What You'll Do
- Design user experiences for Thrive AI’s core objects, including Brands, Design Books, and Assets.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Support complex workflows such as onboarding and AI-assisted editing.
- Apply consistent design patterns across dashboards and creation wizards.
- Collaborate asynchronously with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff of designs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components and design systems.
- Experience working in contract and remote-first roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage work independently.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with generative AI tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of frontend constraints, particularly with React.
- Comfortable working from written specifications and async feedback.
