What You'll Do

• Assist the legal team with various legal issues, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements to ensure compliance and protect the organization's interests.
• Develop templates, policies, and procedures that will be utilized across the organization.
• Engage in dispute resolution and litigation, providing you with practical insights into the legal process.
• Identify legal risks and provide advice to mitigate potential issues.
• Work on corporate governance and data privacy projects, enhancing your knowledge in these critical areas.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced and innovative environment, fostering teamwork and creativity.

Requirements

• Must be a law student from a nationally-accredited US law school.
• Good judgment and strong ethics are essential for this role.
• Confident self-starter and independent worker, able to manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
