Legal & Compliance Specialist - Remote

We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Manage compliance processes related to data protection, including GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with legal standards and company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to optimize compliance processes and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
• Provide legal support and guidance on regulatory compliance matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in the fintech sector.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks, compliance processes, and risk management.
• Experience with contract management and negotiation.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML regulations and sanctions compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their implications for compliance.
• Previous experience in customer relationship management and enterprise accounts.
