What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, driving leasing strategy and improving lease-up performance.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of campaigns and messaging with leasing goals.
• Monitor operational performance and results, ensuring a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
• Utilize leasing software and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in leasing operations.
• Stay updated on leasing regulations, compliance, and market trends to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leasing management with a strong track record of achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of leasing strategy, lease-up execution, and tenant lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
