Lease Construction Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Lease Construction Manager to join our team remotely. As a Lease Construction Manager, you will oversee the construction of leased Data Centre projects, ensuring compliance with Microsoft’s requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a highly technical team and manage projects that are critical to Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Act as Microsoft’s Employer’s Representative for one or more leased Data Centre projects.
• Drive safe, high-quality, predictable, and efficient delivery across all assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Microsoft’s Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Lease Providers to achieve 'Ready for Service' for each project.
• Manage stakeholder dependencies and construction deliverables across various Microsoft teams.
• Provide project updates and status reports to ensure alignment with regional OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in Data Center construction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects.
• PMI PMP certification is highly desired.

Nice to Have

• 12+ years of experience working on data center projects.
• Experience in cross-group collaboration and influencing across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
