Lead QE Automation Engineer - Business Financing

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead QE Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in the business financing sector. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to lead automation initiatives across multiple engineering teams, focusing on architecting and scaling automation frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in integrating AI-driven automation capabilities within a Salesforce-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute an enterprise automation roadmap across 13 engineering teams.
• Design and build scalable Selenium automation frameworks from scratch.
• Implement Salesforce-focused automation strategies, including Flows and UI components.
• Integrate AI-driven automation features such as self-healing scripts and predictive analysis.
• Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Lead, mentor, and coach QE engineers across teams to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement mobile (Appium) and performance testing (JMeter) strategies.
• Establish coding standards, reusable components, and automation KPIs.
• Validate complex integrations across web, mobile, APIs, and AWS services.
• Report automation health metrics and quality risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on automation experience, including building Selenium frameworks from scratch.
• Strong expertise in Python and Selenium WebDriver.
• Significant experience with TestNG and Cucumber (BDD).
• Strong experience automating Salesforce workflows.
• Experience testing distributed and event-driven AWS architectures.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for US timezone overlap until 2 PM CST.
• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• AWS Associate-level certification.
• ISTQB (Foundation or Advanced Automation).
• Experience leading cross-team quality initiatives.
• Strong API testing and service virtualization expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven test automation capabilities.
• Practical experience with Appium.
