Lead Product Manager - Acquisition Strategy (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our team remotely, focusing on acquisition strategies for our Website and Mobile App. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers dedicated to driving user acquisition. As a Lead Product Manager, you will define the overarching product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the entire Acquisition group, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Define and optimize the end-to-end user journey across Web and App, ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement to successful registration.
• Make key product decisions regarding strategy and growth roadmaps, aligning them with performance marketing and organic efforts.
• Establish A/B testing frameworks and drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Utilize product analytics tools such as Amplitude and Google Analytics to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years in a Lead or Group PM role.
• Strong background in FinTech, Trading, GameDev, iGaming, or other B2C products with high-volume user acquisition.
• Deep expertise in user acquisition funnels and onboarding UX, particularly up to the registration phase.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing mechanics and paid traffic channels.
• High proficiency in product analytics and mobile attribution tools.
