Lead Product Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the design efforts for our cutting-edge products, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with our business goals. As a Lead Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the design strategy and influence product direction while working remotely with a talented team.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new product features, ensuring user-centric design principles are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in UI/UX design.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our design approach.
• Participate in bi-annual team meetings at our EMEA HQ to foster collaboration and team spirit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS and cybersecurity products.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and interaction design.
• Experience in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Experience with data analysis and user research methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI and machine learning applications in product design.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of eCommerce design principles.
