About the Role

We are looking for a Senior WordPress/Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team at Search Atlas. As a Senior WordPress/Shopify Developer, you will lead a team, architect scalable web solutions, and ensure high-quality code while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in creating high-quality web solutions.
• Architect and implement web solutions using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Set technical standards and enforce best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Manage domain and infrastructure for optimal performance and security.
• Engage in hands-on development of custom websites tailored to client needs.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.
• Troubleshoot and innovate across browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in WordPress and/or Shopify development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with SEO and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with hosting platforms and domain management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
