What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain the foundation of the Helio software platform, ensuring all systems interact seamlessly.
• Utilize your experience in operational engineering to uphold high standards of operational excellence.
• Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems and deliver financial-grade quality in our products and services.
• Lead initiatives to improve platform consistency through automation and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues across systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of scalable solutions using CI/CD practices.
• Foster a culture of learning and improvement within the team, mentoring junior engineers as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational engineering experience in DevOps or SRE teams.
• Strong knowledge of full stack environments, particularly with Node.js/TypeScript and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with blockchain technologies such as BTC, EVM, and Solana.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices, security protocols, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
• Experience working with large-scale systems serving hundreds of thousands of customers.
• Strong querying skills and familiarity with database management.
• A passion for Web3 technologies and a desire to innovate in the crypto space.

Nice to Have

• Fintech experience is a plus.
• Experience with containerization and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with collaborative IDEs and automated testing tools.
