Lead Enterprise Generative AI Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for experienced professionals who are passionate about designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions across various industry verticals. As a Lead, you will guide a high-impact team of engineers in delivering end-to-end AI systems from prototyping to scalable deployment.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement LLM-powered applications including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI agents, and chatbots.
• Integrate with commercial and open-source LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral.
• Build and optimize ML/data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Architect and manage production-grade AI infrastructure using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and ensure model monitoring and logging.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish standards for prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML systems in production.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Deep knowledge of MLOps and scalable ML infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor engineers and drive stakeholder discussions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow and SageMaker.
• Background in NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
