About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the design team in creating compelling brand visuals and marketing materials.

• Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects to develop high-quality designs.
• Drive the creative direction for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics.
• Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of user experience and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
