About the Role

What You'll Do
- Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance of Custody systems.
- Write, review, test, and document code according to Anchorage's engineering standards.
- Dive deep into complex, ambiguous problems, formulating elegant and practical solutions.
- Lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large projects, coordinating activities of team members.
- Foster a culture of efficient deterministic testing, minimizing technical debt.
- Mentor and guide team members, helping them understand strategic goals and how their work relates to these.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and establish positive working relationships.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to justify and recommend project priorities.
Requirements
- Real-world experience building complex distributed systems.
- Strong engineering skills, with a preference for candidates familiar with Go.
- Experience in developing resilient services that handle varying workloads.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor others.
Nice to Have
- Experience with applied cryptography.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and gRPC API design and implementation.
