L2 IT Technician - Remote Support for Cloud Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled L2 IT Technician to join our team at Nebius, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our cloud infrastructure. This L2 IT Technician remote position will allow you to work with cutting-edge technology while solving real-world challenges in the AI economy.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues related to servers in our data center.
• Manage hardware problems, implementing workarounds and solutions effectively.
• Handle L1/L2 tasks through our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Update processes and documentation for the IT hardware team to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with L3 Technicians to improve service level agreements (SLA) through complex diagnostics.
• Contribute to the improvement of support processes, documentation, and training materials.
• Perform basic network tasks, troubleshooting, and support as needed.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of data centers and server equipment.
• Advanced understanding of IT hardware with practical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong skills in Unix/Linux operating systems and command line operations.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation.
• Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of advanced network equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Driving license type B.
