Kitchen Assistant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant in a remote capacity! We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our kitchen operations at Terminal for Kids, a subsidiary of Fraport AG. This role is perfect for those who want to grow with us and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care for children. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing nutritious meals and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare cold and hot meals in accordance with current quality and hygiene guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of kitchen utensils and your personal workspace.
• Keep HACCP records to ensure food safety compliance.
• Assist in ordering and managing supplies in coordination with the kitchen management.
• Work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, ensuring smooth kitchen and service operations.

Requirements

• Experience in kitchen operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills.
• Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
