What You'll Do

• Drive vehicles on various types of roads and terrains to assess their durability and performance.
• Conduct systematic and repeatable driving tests following established protocols.
• Collect and record accurate data on vehicle performance, handling, and potential issues.
• Provide detailed reports and feedback on vehicle behavior during tests.
• Collaborate with the engineering and workshop team to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain test vehicles in proper condition and report any mechanical issues.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic regulations during testing procedures.
• Participate in the development and refinement of testing methodologies.
• Travel to different testing locations as necessary.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in national and international driving routes.
• Strong driving skills and knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Experience in automotive testing or related fields; advanced driving certifications are a plus.
• Solid data collection and analysis skills.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and testing protocols.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
• Familiarity with durability testing procedures and industry standards is preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required; a bus driver's license (D from DGT) is highly valued.
