Kid's City Ambassador - Engaging Role at Melco Resorts

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Kid's City Ambassador to join our team at Melco Resorts & Entertainment. In this remote Kid's City Ambassador role, you will create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children staying at our resort. Your responsibilities will include organizing activities, supervising playtime, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our youngest guests while upholding the highest standards of safety and hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Welcome children and their families upon arrival at the Kid’s City, ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere.
• Plan, organize, and lead various creative, educational, and recreational activities such as arts & crafts, storytelling, games, and outdoor play.
• Supervise children during activities, always ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kid’s City area, ensuring toys and equipment are in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities, needs, and any incidents.
• Follow all safety and emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment for children.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
• Assist in special resort events or themed activities involving children when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in child-care, education, recreation, or hospitality is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative with a passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
