Junior Web Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Web Designer to join our team remotely. As a Junior Web Designer, you will have the opportunity to create beautiful, conversion-ready Ignite websites using our proprietary editor. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a structured workflow. You will collaborate closely with a Project Manager to ensure that timelines are met and that the final product exceeds client expectations. What You'll Do

• Build Ignite sites in our builder using approved templates, sections, and design systems.
• Implement client content, including copy, images, and logos, while making light layout tweaks to maintain brand consistency.
• Work closely with Project Managers to follow project timelines and milestones.
• Simultaneously manage multiple Ignite projects, ensuring proactive communication and documentation for project updates.
• Utilize tools such as ClickUp for project management, HubSpot for CRM, and Slack for communication.

Requirements

• 1+ year of practical experience building WordPress sites.
• Familiarity with popular WordPress visual builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Oxygen is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in CSS3, SCSS, HTML, and responsive design.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to maintain clear updates with team members and clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark Editor or similar web builders.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web design.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles.
