What You'll Do

• Analyze sales data to develop smart ideas that maximize store performance.
• Integrate new products into displays creatively and effectively.
• Design and implement eye-catching window decorations in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Area Visual Team for regular updates and adjustments.
• Document store setups weekly through photos and PDF reports.
• Execute complete store setups as needed to maintain visual standards.
• Train team members on visual standards, including folding techniques and product placement.
• Conduct daily checks on product availability and restock as necessary.
• Ensure high visual standards are maintained, including cleanliness, lighting, and product presentation.

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail.
• Understanding of sales-enhancing product presentation and design techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, color coordination, and lighting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience with digital tools for report creation (PDFs, photos, etc.).
