We are looking for a passionate Junior Service Desk Technician to join our team remotely. As a Junior Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for assistance requests, helping to manage and route tickets to the appropriate technical staff. What You'll Do

  • Receive assistance requests via ticketing system, email, and phone.
  • Enter and update reports in the ticketing system.
  • Classify requests based on priority and type.
  • Route activities to the competent technicians.
  • Support the monitoring of request progress and adherence to SLAs.
  • Assist in drafting and updating operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve support processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or degree in IT or a technical field.
  • Interest in IT and service organization.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
  • Preferred: Previous internship experience in IT.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools or CRM systems.
