Junior Project Coordinator - Night Shift Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working remotely during the night shift. This Junior Project Coordinator remote position involves assisting with the management of projects across the US from development to completion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Create and complete project schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct material take-offs and plan/coordinate subcontractors and materials.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager on necessary project documents.
  • Assist the PM in establishing the scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors.
  • Help manage shipments of materials to appropriate sites.
  • Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheets to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work.
  • Prepare and maintain cost trackers to ensure budget guidelines are met.
  • Monitor activities of subcontractors and employees on job sites, confirming check-ins/check-outs and reviewing photos.
  • Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors under the PM's direction.
  • Execute small projects independently as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient level of English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
  • Equivalent experience in project coordination is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work night shifts only (Tuesday - Saturday, 3am - 11am OR 5am - 1pm).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management software.
  • Knowledge of construction or project management terminology.
  • Strong communication skills.
