Junior Low-Code Developer & Consultant - CRM Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Low-Code Developer & Consultant to join our growing team remotely. In this role, you will support the implementation and development of modern CRM and process automation solutions, working closely with business analysts and solution architects to drive digital transformation for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement CRM and process solutions on modern low-code platforms.
• Model business processes, data models, user interfaces, and workflows.
• Configure and enhance applications for sales, service, and related business processes.
• Translate business requirements into clean, actionable, and scalable solution concepts.
• Collaborate on customer projects from prototypes to MVPs and production deployment.
• Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and integration specialists.
• Implement platform customizations, business rules, forms, views, and process logic.
• Support the integration of CRM and process platforms with third-party systems.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and quality assurance.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Requirements

• Degree or training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Some relevant work experience in low-code, CRM, business application, or process digitization projects.
• Interest in implementing modern business applications and digital processes.
• Ideally, experience with CRM platforms or related solutions, such as Creatio, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of processes in sales, service, marketing, or operations.
• Ability to capture business requirements in a structured manner and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analytical, structured, and pragmatic work style.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 2 business trips per year).
• Good German and English language skills.
• Experience with data models, UI configuration, workflows, or business rules is a plus.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation logics.
• Initial experience with JavaScript or scripting in the platform context.

• Familiarity with data migration, rollouts, and user support in project contexts.
