Junior HR Consultant (Remote Opportunity)

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR Consultant to join our dynamic team at Infanterix. This Junior HR Consultant remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while working in a supportive and multicultural environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development and retention of HR strategies and practices.
  • Provide support in onboarding new employees and enhancing their onboarding experience.
  • Handle personnel measures and create necessary HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and management to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update personnel data in our HR systems with a strong focus on quality.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and labor law questions.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee development and retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • First experience in HR consulting or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of German labor law is an advantage.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Structured and conscientious approach to handling sensitive personnel data.
  • Quality awareness in data maintenance and processing in HR systems.
  • A positive attitude towards teamwork and a professional approach to dealing with people.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HR software and tools.
  • Interest in HR project management.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies.
