Junior Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in writing SQL queries and creating dashboards for business stakeholders. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior data analysts and product managers to translate business logic into automated reports.
• Proactively explore complex datasets to uncover valuable insights.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to develop metrics and reporting, and investigate data issues.
• Perform funnel analytics across multiple partnership channels, analyzing conversion performance and identifying drop-off points.
• Deploy and monitor warehouse models and dashboards in close collaboration with the engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience writing SQL queries and using data tools such as dbt, PopSQL, or SQLMesh.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in BI tools (Hex, Preset, or Looker).
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of optimization strategies and improving conversion efficiency.

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of coding tools such as GitHub and VS Code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Financial/Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical field.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, forming hypotheses, and translating results into actionable insights.
