Junior Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will analyze and prepare information regarding business management for both the mass and corporate segments at a national level. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our strategic goals and achieving departmental objectives.

What You'll Do

• Prepare internal and managerial reports while managing the Business Plan.
• Ensure data integration aligned with business rules to obtain accurate information.
• Gather information from various internal and external sources regarding sales budgets and potential clients.
• Analyze data and report risks that may affect various products.
• Examine variations and causes of commercial management through internal dashboard administration.
• Correlate internal and external information to allocate sales targets and assign current and potential client bases.
• Calculate productivity for advisors, heads, and corporate managers based on compliance results and fraud penalties.
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics and policies that ensure business sustainability, embodying organizational principles and values to maintain productivity and optimal resource use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in similar functions.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions managing databases and preparing reports.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
• Proficiency in data warehousing and business intelligence tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with KPI analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with corporate product marketing metrics.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
