Junior Automation Tester - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Automation Tester to join our dynamic team at Clariter Academy. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support internal projects in Quality Assurance. As a Junior Automation Tester, you will contribute to the automation of functional tests, with a particular focus on web-based environments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, reproduce, and document bugs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute performance tests using Apache JMeter as needed.
• Ensure software quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience using Playwright for E2E testing.
• Familiarity with best practices in test automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apache JMeter for performance testing.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
