About the Role

We're hiring a Junior Associate, Analytics & Insights to join our Global Customer Success team. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through data-driven insights. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and enhancing their performance tracking capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a foundational understanding of NIQ Retail Measurement Service to deliver business solutions for client performance tracking.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction by providing actionable insights and ensuring error-free, timely deliverables.
  • Support the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of service-related tasks, including reports, databases, and data quality checks.
  • Provide performance overview analysis and business-issue analysis to FMCG clients.
  • Triage customer queries and requests across client category groups, tracking actions for improvement as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduates with 6-12 months of working experience in data analysis, able to work full-time.
  • Strong numerical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced virtual and remote environments.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with strong customer-oriented communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and eagerness to learn new platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Previous experience in a customer success or analytics role.
