We are seeking a Junior Analyst - Social Listening & Data Analysis (Remote) to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Utilize social listening platforms such as Meltwater, Talkwalker, and Brandwatch to gather and analyze data.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Excel and Tableau to visualize data findings.
• Engage in client relations to understand their needs and provide tailored insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with social listening tools and data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Mixpanel or Tableau.
• Understanding of Boolean logic for data queries.
• Previous internship or project experience in data analysis or social media analytics.
